3. How much do I have to spend to be entitled for the Cash Rebate?

Different wedding professionals from different service categories offer different minimum spend. It will be indicated to you once we send you the recommendations.

4. Do all the professionals offer Cash Rebates?

Not all the professionals offer cash rebates every month because they might have already hit the quota for rebates they are able to provide. However, do ensure that we will strive to get as many professionals on the cash rebates program as possible. Otherwise, we would suggest other alternatives for our users to consider.

5. Why are my favorite professionals not on board with Hitcheed yet?

Before they are successfully listed on Hitcheed, we curate the list of professionals base on their years of experience and positive reviews from the public and wedding couples before inviting them to join us. This is to ensure that you can be assured of the quality of all our wedding professionals on our platform.

7. Do you take commission from users who use Hitcheed?

No. All the recommendations and connection we do with the wedding couples and their desired wedding professionals are all free. We do not take any commission or cut for any of the professionals you have selected. We provide you with cash rebates on top of the free recommendations.

8. Why do I have to decide in one month’s time in order to qualify for the cash rebates?

Most wedding professionals have quota that offers the exclusive cash rebates and most of them do not offer cash rebates every single month. With the contract on hand, we are also able to receive higher cash rebates for our users with stipulated one-month validity. As mentioned, anything beyond a month could be further negotiated but it might vary for different wedding professional.
